Refund Policy

Our refund policy covers online purchases for a whole 30 days. PacknGo Bags strives to provide the most VIP experience to it's customers. We never compromise on quality and expect all our products meet state of the art global standards. 

Please note that to process a refund/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds
As soon as the return item is received and inspected, an acknowledgment email is sent to you. Once the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of order are non-refundable. 
Late or missing refunds: If the refund hasn't been received in a few days time, please contact the credit card company for verification. It's important to note that most companies take several days to post refunds to the card.
Usually it's a good idea to wait two weeks before making an inquiry. If there's no refund until then and there's no hold from the credit card company, please contact us at info@ramakasolutions.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

Exchanges
Items will be exchanged if they are received defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately if the received item has any defects or damages. Once the exchange request is approved, we will exchange the defective/damaged item with the same item subject to availability. Please send us an email at info@ramakasolutions.com for all questions related to item exchanges.

Shipping: The shipping costs of returning the item for refund and/or exchange will be fulfilled by the customer. In case of refunds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
